The Washie 100

The Washie 100 is one of the oldest and probably the toughest of all the ultra marathons in the country. Run over 100 miles (160 km) between Port Alfred and East London, this is a true test for the ultra marathon runners. Run in June every year the route passes the front gate of Green Fountain Farm Resort. This ultra marathon was first run in 1977.
