All rates per stand per night/month, are based on 2 guests.

Normal daily rates apply to extra guests or children 2 – 13yrs.

Stands are NON-refundable after arrival & non-transferable to other guests.

Management / Resort will not be held responsible for any interruptions for services, such as water; electricity; load-shedding; etc.

Stays are non-refundable after arrival.
Stays are non-transferable after arrival to other guests.
Stays are payable in full prior to arrival.
A refundable Key/Breakage/Remote and Conduct Deposit of R500, per villa, is payable prior to arrival and refundable after departure, final housekeeping and inspection of the villa.
