PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. 100% Payment for bookings made within 30 days of arrival dates – Low & High Season
  2. 50% Deposit for bookings made more than 30 days of arrival and to confirm and secure your booking – Low Season
  3. 100% of balance payment, due 1 month prior to arrival – Low Season
  4. For December (HIGH SEASON) periods, please inquiry about payment T&C.
  5. NO Cheque deposits/payments accepted.
  6. NO Diners Club or American Express credit cards accepted. If no alternative, credit cards fees will be applicable at a 9% surcharge.
  7. The tariffs quoted, are subject to change, depending on availability at the time of confirming your booking.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS: CARAVAN PARK

  1. Check in time: After 15:00, and before 17:00, unless other arrangements have been made with management.
  2. Check out time: Strictly before 09:00 or unless other arrangements have been made with management.
  3. Green Fountain Farm Resort will not be held liable for interruptions of services (water, electricity, etc).
  4. The Resort reserves the right to assign a different stand to the one originally allocated to your under this booking.
  5. NO pets allowed.
  6. Max of 6 guests per stand, inclusive of children.
  7. Only 1 x Vehicle, with Tent or Caravan allowed per stand. Extra vehicle, boat, trailer, etc to be parked at the demarcated parking areas in the park.
  8. Day visitors of guests, to park outside the park at the demarcated parking areas.
  9. Minimum booking of 4 nights during high & peak high season and at management’s discretion.
  10. NO refunds will be granted for early departures, late arrivals, security issues, bad weather or due to interruption of services out of our control (e.g. water, electricity, sanitation, etc.)
  11. Stays are non-refundable after arrival.
  12. Bookings are non-transferable to other campers.
  13. The resort shall not be responsible for any injury to, or death of any person, or the loss or destruction of, or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft, or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the resort. The guest further indemnifies and holds harmless Green Fountain Farm Resort against any claim.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & POSTPONEMENTS

  1. All cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of 15% of the total booking value.
  2. A refund of the balance of the deposit paid will be as follows:
    • Less than 10 days notice – NO refund
    • More than 10 days notice, but less than 30 days – 50% of the balance of the deposit
    • More than 30 days – 100% of the balance of the deposit
    • Postponements will be subject to availability and management approval. Not withstanding the above, the booking that is postponed must be taken up within 3 months of the original date. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of any monies paid.

RESORT BODY CORPORATE CONDUCT RULES

  1. A person residing at or visiting the resort must not create noise that is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other guests at any time after 22h00.
  2. A person residing at or visiting the resort must not behave in a manner likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other guests.
  3. The speed limit within the resort is 10km per hour. This must be carefully obeyed to ensure the safety of all.
  4. No dogs/pets are permitted on the resort.
  5. All visitors not legally residing at the resort must leave the premises before 22h00.
  6. No fireworks are permitted at any time.
